I just purchased a home in Orchard Farms Subdivision. I really liked how Susie (agent) helped me with the papers that I was not familiar with. This is my first home. I like my house and my neighbors seem nice too. Rachel and TJ (the builders) were good to work with and tried to satisfy every choice that I wanted to make. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I love my new home. Relocating to Huntsville was a challenge, but purchasing my new home from Richard Brown Homes was not. I am just minutes away from my job and love it. Great quality home for the price! Over 28 years of experience shows!
